Clemente is a Dark Elf assassin and leader of the assassin order Andalis' Men. He wears an assassin robe w/mask and braided leather sandals, and is armed with a glass dagger.

If you join the order, you probably won't meet him face-to-face until the quest The Light in the Dark. Later on during the questline, Relsav Andor will attempt a coup and try to kill him; you can either side with or against him.
