"I work for him, not with him. If we were co-workers, I'd have killed him by now. The only reason I'm still working here, and the only reason he's still alive, is that he's paying me to do all the hard work in his fields."

What's wrong with him?

"He stands there in the field, staring at corn. Then he moves to another field and then stares at that corn. Sometimes he pokes at the corn and mutters to himself.
It drives me crazy. His gold is the only thing keeping this shovel off his face."
