- These breath mints are supposedly concocted at a remote mountain peak. Chewing a handful produces a glacial sensation and an exceptionally frosty breath.
High Hrothgar Festival Mints can be purchased from Traveling Festival Merchants during the New Life Festival for 22 
. They have no practical benefit, but momentarily turn your character's skin to ice. Eating one bestows the Very Cold status effect, which snares you, reducing your movement speed.
