Plucks-the-Coin

Plucks-the-Coin is an Argonian merchant who can be found in Root-Whisper Village, having set up her small stall. She was a lukiul visiting Lilmoth until she felt the sudden urge to travel here.

She appears upon your return from Deep-Root during the quest The Remnant of Argon.

Dialogue

"This village seems busy as a beehive! I wonder why?
Oh, what am I doing, talking your ear off! You came here for a purchase, right?"

"I'm as Lukiul as they come, truth be told. Just stopped by Lilmoth to do a spot of trading. But as soon as I left the ship, I just … had to come to this village.
Ah, well. Long as I'm here, why not take a look at my wares?"

"It's strange, but sometimes I can … feel the Hist. How can that be so? I haven't been in Murkmire since I was a hatchling!
Oh, ignore me. You didn't come to my shop for chit chat, after all!"

• She still says her dialogue line about how busy the village is when she first appears after exiting the Deep-Root, when she is only one of two outsiders visiting the ruins of the village, prior to the ritual taking place later which actually draws the crowd.
