Slaver Brutes are Dunmer brutes that capture and enslave pilgrims for House Telvanni (who did not join the Ebonheart Pact) and House Dres (which is part of the Pact, but continues to enslave non-Pact races). They can be found in groups of three at Small Slaver Camps throughout Shadowfen. Killing them facilitates the completion of a Slavers in Shadowfen random encounter.
