Wisten is a Nord provisioner who lives in Narsis. You'll find him near his cart at Merchants' Stall, or talking to Waters-the-Grass.
Dialogue[edit]
He feels helpless against the plague:
- "I probably contracted the plague. Do I feel warm to you?"
- "My wife has disappeared, but the guards refuse to act!"
- "Why did we ever leave Eastmarch?"
- "Do I look feverish to you? We should never have left Eastmarch."
As you approach, you'll here the following scene between Wisten and Waters-the-Grass:
- Wisten: "My wife has disappeared, but the guards refuse to act!"
- Waters-the-Grass: "How terrible! I heard Slips-Through-Fingers lost her egg-sister."
- Wisten: "We never should have left Eastmarch."
