Reports suggest that the Quarra Clan of vampires has been increasingly active as of late. All Vigilants are advised to review the following information.

- Despite their relatively recent arrival to Skyrim, the Quarra have established a substantial power base. Do not underestimate them.

- Reports from Morrowind indicate that the Quarra are distinguished by excessive brutality. Engage accordingly.

- The Quarra headquarters is believed to be located in Western Skyrim. Exercise extra caution when in the region.

The following members of the Quarra Clan have been identified as high-value targets:

- Aenar: Male Nord. Reportedly a scholar of Dwemer technology and may possess information on controlling dwarven Automatons. Be alert for ambushes.

- Haesmar: Male Nord. Lead hunter of the Quarra, frequently accompanied by multiple underlings. Engage only in a group.

- Malielle Masoriane: Female Breton. In addition to her vampiric activities, Malielle is known to be associated with numerous criminal organizations. Any bounties claimed from her elimination are to be donated to the Church of Stendarr.

- Agrius Amnis: Male Imperial. Second in command of the clan, known to have been personally acquainted with clan founder Volrina Quarra. Assumed to be highly dangerous.

- Jelkar: Male nord. Current Clanlord of the Quarra. Known to be an expert in physical combat and true believer in the Quarra's philosophy of merciless brutality. Do not engage without backup.
