Travels to Windhelm?

I'm hoping for clarification, but does she definitely go to Windhelm? What exactly should her schedule be once she arrives? I freed both Brelas and Malborn from the embassy, and made sure the troll was dead before it could kill either of them, then I fast-travelled upon leaving, so neither of them should have had a chance to die. Malborn appeared at the New Gnisis Cornerclub after a while, but I've found no sign of Brelas in Windhelm. I mean it's possible she somehow managed to die anyway, but I'd like to double check her routine. Also, does she have any noteworthy dialogue upon moving to Windhelm? -- Haravikk 20:58, 15 June 2012 (UTC)

I have no idea, however i just looked her up out of curiosity. I will save now and follow her to see where she winds up. Last time I followed someone a dfragon bit there head off. Just now I had her (and the others) run from the Reeking Cave to the Dainty Sload and just stand there. Fast traveling to Windhelm caused Malborn to move to the Cornerclub, but she apparently didn't make it. Not sure what happened. Haven't checked in at Riften to see if Eteinne is there, but I know he didn't have problems in my previous game. 166.216.226.174 02:04, 5 September 2012 (EDT)

I experienced the same thing--stopping near the Sload. She was gone upon revisiting, so I assumed she went to the Corner Club in WH. Upon fast traveling to Windhelm, Malborn was at the club, but she was absent. Finished the Thalmor assassin quest with Malborn, even following him until he vanished, but she never showed.--149.160.118.51 22:12, 24 January 2013 (GMT)

Tested it out with RefID, it appears she is bugged when you save her, instead spawning IN the Corner Club she is placed UNDER the building. Using moveto.player at CC only fixes it temporarily, reloading the cell causes her to spawn under the house again... This happened to me as well. I saved her from the dungeons, made sure she didn't die, and then fast traveled away. However, she never showed up at the Corner Club. Eventually, I reloaded a save and fast traveled straight to Windhelm from the outside of the cave, and got there in time to see her disappear... but she still never showed up at the Corner Club.Bookwyrm1357 (talk) 03:16, 23 December 2013 (GMT)

I just tested the idea in the thread right below (if you don't save her, she shows up properly) and, indeed, it looks like, in order for her to show up, you have to deliberately not save her. Is that ironic or what? Also, she seemed to move a lot more slowly than Malborn (took her 2-3 days to arrive) but she eventually got there.Bookwyrm1357 (talk) 08:17, 4 January 2014 (GMT)

I think she may be tied to Malborn

They both showed up in the cornerclub for me even though I didn't go back to rescue her (and used her as the distraction.

I can confirm this. She sits at the table with Malborn until the quest to kill the Khajiit assassin is completed, and then she leaves with him. I can hear her die...

So, I save her, escort everyone out of Reeking Cave, and immediately fast-travel to windhelm. About 1 second after I spawn in windhelm I hear the sound of her dying. Ive tried this multiple times, too. Sometimes I only hear Brelas die and then about a half sec later Malborn comes thru the windhelm gate. Are you sure she's safe before you fast-travel. I once had trouble getting her safely away while fast-traveling, so waited a few minutes for her to leave the location cell and then travelled, and no problem. Silence is Golden^{Break the Silence} 12:17, 20 August 2016 (UTC)
