Tiranshiha

Tiranshiha is a Velothi tower north of Meralag. It is inhabited by escaped Khajiit slaves who are suspicious of outsiders. The top floor contains a locked cell, with a posed Khajiit skeleton bearing slave bracers behind several veils. Several Vaba Maaszi Lhajiito scrolls are littered around the tower.
