Defeat Atarus, the Roost Mother, and Captain Blackheart in Blackheart Haven.
Complete Veteran Blackheart Haven by defeating Iron-Heel, Atarus, First Mate Wavecutter, the Roost Mother, Hollow Heart, and Captain Blackheart.

Blackheart Haven Vanquisher and Blackheart Haven Conqueror are awarded for clearing Blackheart Haven. Only Atarus, the Roost Mother, and Captain Blackheart are required for the non-veteran achievement, but for the veteran achievement you must defeat all 6 bosses in addition to running it in veteran mode. You will receive the Skill Point either way. If you complete Blackheart Haven Conqueror, you will automatically receive Blackheart Haven Vanquisher at the same time if you have not already done so. Either achievement will earn you a Trophy: Captain Blackheart (page) for your home, and the Conqueror achievement will also earn you a Bust: Captain Blackheart (page)
