The Market District Fishmonger is located on the upper level of the Imperial City Market District, directly above Divine Elegance.
The proprietor, Percan Cedus, has 50 gold, a Mercantile skill of 40, and sells seafood that he catches in Lake Rumare - carp, bass, eel, and crab meat, along with the odd pearl he finds. He buys all manner of ingredients, potions, and miscellaneous items.
The shop is small and bare - it has little more than a counter with several large fish spread out on it; a small tank of water holds exotic fish, and several plates on the counter have samples of fish meat for customers to try.
Percan lives in a small apartment above his shop accessed by a ladder. It's sparsely furnished - just a pair of cupboards, a trestle table, a bookcase, and a bed, along with a rug on the floor and a lone tapestry.
