Roz the River Rat is an old Nord pauper who lives in a shanty in the Bravil Riverside settlement.

Roz has little energy to do much; she gets up at 6am every morning and spends the day sitting on a stool, watching the goings-on in the area around her.

She wears a sack cloth shirt and pants and buckled shoes; she has no other possessions. She has a bedroll under a makeshift lean-to made of scavenged wood.

If you talk to her, she laments her friend: Poor Marlvurn...". If you ask who Marlvurn is, she says, "The poor beggar over there, on the other rock... I'm pretty sure he's dead... I don't have the heart to go look... ...worst part is, he owed me three septims..." If you talk to her later, she'll tell you: "Yep, I looked, he's dead... what a shame... I'll never get that money back now..."
