The Merry Tankard is a tavern/inn located north of Skingrad.
The publican, Ailis, has 50 and 20 Mercantile, and buys and sells potions.
The common room is a low-ceilinged space made of stone; three sturdy tables with benches or stools provide patrons a place to sit while Tarquin the bard plays his music. Ailis works from behind a bar near the entrance; she sells food and drink from 7am to 11pm every day. The upper floor has three rooms, all of which are occupied.
