The Hunter's Shack

The Hunter's Shack is a mountain lodge inhabited by hunters, located south of Frostcrag Spire and northwest of Fort Horunn.

The ransacked interior, post-scamp

The shack is home to a hunter and his faithful dog. To the side of the shack are a tanning rack, a wood chopping block and a woodcutter's axe. Inside you will also find a bed, a cooking pot, a small chest, a knapsack, a sack of smuggled moon sugar, the Marksman skill book The Marksmanship Lesson and a pair of leather boots, as well as plenty of food and drink.

During the related quest, a rogue scamp will make its way down here from Frostcrag Spire and cause total mayhem. You will find a second murdered hunter just outside the door and the shack itself in a state of complete chaos, with blood everywhere, items thrown across the room and the corpses of the hunter and his dog.
