Retching Cornelius

Retching Cornelius, an Imperial bandit, is an enforcer for Thorina's Cutters who is camped northwest of Anga along with his two hunting dogs and a fellow Cutter. He is currently tracking down defector Mucky Ovacca, who will enlist your help in killing him during the related quest.

Cornelius only appears once you have accepted Ovacca's request, and will be found pacing around his campsite. Ovacca will warn you: "Be warned - Cornelius, when he goes after people, tends to travel with hunting dogs and Cutter accomplices. He'll put up a fight." He is a tough fighter indeed, with a number of perks adding to his excellent equipment.

He is armed with a high quality leveled warhammer and is equipped with high quality heavy armor: cuirass, boots, shield, gauntlets (50%) and helmet (50%). He also carries two Potions of Extreme Healing, one Draught of the Berserker, and a leveled amount of gold and gems.
