Cert value?

This is more of a book text entry. The quest page that refers here: Bloodmoon:Establish the Mine says to "see the certificate's page for more information", but there is no such information here. One has to scout around BM/EEC pages and eventually can find info on certificate value at different stages, at the main Bloodmoon:Quests page. Thinking something should be added, or linked here, or some other way of doing it.
