Does this quest actually appear in-game?

For some reason, I'm never offered this quest. I've tested it on several characters across multiple installs, both modded and plain, with various covens, and nothing. I've even removed all the other witch coven questfiles from the directory, and all the beldam will say is she hired a spellsword already etc. So, is this quest actually playable, or is it a ghost in the machine? I had never any problems getting this quest, however I've tested this and you can get this quest only from an indoor coven. For some unknown reason any exterior coven will not give it to you. I've created a patch for this quest that works for both types of coven, however when I'm going to release this patch is not clear at the moment.--PLRDLF (talk) 20:15, 10 September 2016 (UTC)
