Quest Bug

I accepted this quest, but I don't have a option to ask about his whereabouts. On the other hand, under the options I can ask about a member of the temple I asked about (completely different name). I am using the version with the patch 2.13 and all official and unofficial patches and fixes this wiki has provided.
