A plaque honoring an Order of the Hour knight
The original First Sword of the Order of the Hour, Justia Desticus stood by Cavor's side and devised the Rigors of Akatosh, eight traits to which all members must aspire. She is considered the second in devotion in Akatosh's eyes.
