The Thir River is a large river in the province of Morrowind.[citation needed] Its spring is close to Silnion Vale in the east, it then continues as a stream to the ancient Hlaalu capital of Narsis, where the Thir widens considerably. Flanking the fertile Deshaan Plain, its delta is straight south of Vivec, where the Thir River empties into the Inner Sea.
