Hoki

Hoki is a Nord, and a Thinker for the Morag Tong, who can be found at their Guildhall in Ald'ruhn. He is not directly related to any quests, but he will give you 5 or 10 gold (depending on Disposition) during the Buckmoth Alms quest for the Imperial Cult. He also offers medium training in Acrobatics, Light Armor, and Sneak.

Hoki wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. In combat, he relies on a silver dagger. Aside from his natural resistance to shock, immunity to frost, ability to shield himself, and a natural frost damage spell, he knows no spells.
