Detailed Walkthrough

The Theft

Ajira in the Balmora Guild of Mages asks you to find her two missing reports on mushrooms and flowers. She is positive that Galbedir stole them (probably in turn for Ajira sabotaging her soul gems). Ajira says that Galbedir has not left the Guild so they must still be somewhere inside. Speaking with Galbedir goes nowhere unless your Disposition with her is at least 70, in which case she will tell you where she hid each report. Talking with other guild members will give clues on where each report can be found.

The Search

The first report

The first report is around the corner from Ajira, sticking out from under a wardrobe in the sleeping area. The second is on the ground hiding between two baskets among the ingredients on the ground (middle) floor. Once you return the reports to Ajira you are rewarded with a +10 disposition, and Exclusive Potions of Fire Shield, Frost Shield, and Lightning Shield. At this point, Ajira will inform you that she has no more duties for you, but to return to her when you reach the rank of Warlock. She will refer you to Edwinna Elbert in Ald'ruhn, saying that she does not like Ranis Athrys upstairs here in the Guild of Mages in Balmora.

Bugs

• If you already had a Ceramic Bowl for her last task and did not leave the guildhall before giving it to her, Ajira will tell you her reports were stolen, even though you may have been standing there the whole time watching.
  • The Morrowind Patch Project addresses this issue. With the patch, Ajira will tell you she has no more duties, and that you should come back later. Once you leave the guildhall, Galbedir has a chance to steal the reports.
