Throknolf the Craven is a hostile Nord barbarian and member of a gang of outlaws hiding in the cave of Kudanat. He is described by Keel-Raniur as "strong and tough, but not the brightest star in the sky".
Recently, he visited Shenk's Shovel in Caldera and drank "enough to choke a guar". Then he started bragging in front of everyone in the bar of how much loot he and his gang had acquired in their hideout, and that the guards would never find it. When he left, he was too drunk to notice that Keel-Raniur followed him back to their hideout.
Throknolf wears a Nordic ringmail cuirass, netch leather greaves with matching gauntlets and boots, cloth bracers, and a common shirt with matching pants. He carries an enchanted leveled axe along with up to 20 gold. Aside from his natural resistance to shock, immunity to frost, ability to shield himself, and a natural frost damage spell, he knows no spells.
