Ja'kil, aka the "Moon Sugar Lord", is a Khajiit scout who runs the Skooma Den, along with a band of skooma dealers. He lives in a house in Arena.

He wears a set of Bonemold Armor (or a Kathar gold robe when relaxing), along with an ebony ring and a gold diamond ring, and is armed with a curved dagger. He has two superior healing potions, four legendary healing potions, and a large amount of gold.
