Narlana's Healing Well is an alchemy shop located in Arena. It is built into the bluff on the west side of town, below the ruined tower.

The proprietor, Narlana, has 3000 gold, a Mercantile skill of 32, and buys and sells potions and ingredients. The inteior has two sets of shelves along the wall to the left lined with potions, books, jars, and ingredients; a bench sits near the door for customers who have to wait. The counter sits opposite the door, in front of a pair of staircases going down into the hillside. Another bookcase containing more items sits between them. The stairs lead down to a separate room that Narlana uses as her quarters, as well as a workshop. She has a bed here, a workstation for making potions, and a small garden with rare ingredients.

A rock at the base of the bed conceals a ladder leading down to a natural cave, which contains more plots with daedic ingredients and shelves for storage of mundane items, and a shrine to Mehrunes Dagon. Approaching the shrine will start the quest The Healer's Secret.
