First, you should buy a potion of restoration; it is absolutely necessary for the subsequent procedure that will banish special damages arising from your body, depending on what potion of restoration you purchase.

Spread a cloth, best of linen or cotton, on your work surface. The grandmother's silk scarf is totally unsuitable for our purposes and should be kept far from our work area.
