Talvanus is a Dark Elf necromancer who lives and works in Kathar.

There are two ways you can meet him during the course of your adventures, aside from meeting him in Kathar: during the Andalis' Men quest Connection to Kathar, wherein you're hired to kill Talvanus; or during the quest The Cursebreaker. If you refrain from killing him, you can give him a job at the Assassin Castle, which could have benefits later on. During the Cursebreaker quest, he helps you find a way to break the curse Sahaula lays on you.

He wears a black cloth garment and black turban.
