Steal Yessil's dagger from his fortress without getting caught. Quest Giver: Omton, in the Arena Location(s): Yessil's bandit camp Reward: 350 gold ID: ODDDesertA02

Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Omton.
2. Go to Yessil's fortress and find a way inside.
3. Find the dagger and bring it back to Omton.

Detailed Walkthrough

Yessil is a bandit chief who terrorizes the desert, and Omton wants to steal his dagger. He needs an accomplice, and you're it. Once you're kitted out, he'll meet you at the sentry tower and take to you Yessil's camp. From there, you'll have to find your own way - there isn't a quest marker pointing to the dagger - without getting caught. The dagger is located on a table in the rear of the upper tower. Grab it and make your way back to Omton for your reward.

90		I've entered the fortress of the bandit chieftain Yessil. From now on I must definitely not be seen.
100		(Depends on what order the player activates the note and the dagger.) A note! Apparently Omton made a bet with the bandit chieftain Yessil that he could steal his dagger, and he found it so amusing that he draped it here unobserved. or The dagger! Contrary to what Omton has claimed, the bandit chieftain Yessil is nowhere to be seen. Just this note next to it.
110		A note! Apparently Omton made a bet with the bandit chieftain Yessil that he could steal his dagger, and he found it so amusing that he draped it here unobserved. Anyway, Omton will be waiting for the dagger. or The dagger! I have it. Now to get back to Omton.
120		When I gave Omton the dagger, he was very pleased and gave me 350 gold coins as a reward.
200	Finishes quest	I was spotted in Yessil's fortress trying to steal his dagger. Omton won't like that at all.

Notes

• Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
• Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in random order.
• If an entry is marked as "Finishes Quest" it means the quest disappears from the Active Quest list, but you may still receive new entries for that quest.
• It is possible to use the console to advance through the quest by entering setstage ODDDesertA02 stage, where stage is the number of the stage you wish to complete. It is not possible to un-complete (i.e. go back) quest stages. See SetStage for more information.
