Marauder

Actually only one, the unnamed one (the other is Kylius Lonavo) respawns and, as detailed on the page, she is actually a marauder. In addition, to my knowledge, as long as you regularly revisit the house before the cell reset (every 72 hours, I believe), she won't respawn at all. If you are a heavy armour/ blade weapon user, the respawning marauder could also be a quick and easy way to upgrade your equipment without having to visit a wilderness dungeon and risk extra opponents (although you will obviously not get any other loot).
