Bandit Rogues are generic assassins found at random encounters throughout Tamriel. The bandits on the Sea Hawk are all Bosmer. An Orc bandit can be found under the bridge southeast of Hallin's Stand with a Bandit Charger. One can also be found guarding this treasure chest.
