Dianette Eiman (also known by the codenames Miss Eiman, Sigil, or Akatosh) is a Breton agent found outside the western gates of Shornhelm. She will be the alternative agent acting as Sigil during Children of Yokuda if you never recruited Crafty Lerisa in Tip of the Spearhead for the full duration of the Stros M'kai and Betnikh questlines.

Are you Sigil?

"You can call me that, or Miss Eiman, or Akatosh. Doesn't matter now. I can see why Fahara'jad sent his pet privateer to handle this mess, but why did he send you? What's your part in this?"

I'm here to help Captain Kaleen.

"Hmm. You lack the crazy eyes, so I'll gamble you're not with Naruk. I didn't know Kaleen was my contact, but it makes sense.
Arrowhead—Kaleen—was supposed to be here hours ago. If she's not, I'd wager Naruk caught her."

Any idea how to find her?

You can ask her about Naruk:

"The same way I'd find anyone else. Ask around. I'd start with the city guards. They're taking note of new faces in town, what with all the bloodfiend problems.
Seeing as I'm done here, I'll go with you and keep daggers out of your back."

What do you know about Naruk?

"He and his Children of Yokuda cling to the old wars. Redguard against Breton and Orc. They've set up camp in the sewers, and they're planning something.
Arrowhead was going to help me stop them. I suppose that falls on you now, doesn't it?"

Speaking to her again while looking for clues:

"Since you know Kaleen, you should do the asking around. I'll see to it no one stabs you."

If you leave the premises of Shornhelm, she will comment:

Dianette Eiman: "I'll meet you in town."

After talking to Captain Gogbag gro-Yashna about Kaleen's whereabouts, she'll comment:

"That's an interesting story. If Naruk had Kaleen under duress, wouldn't she alert the guard? Now I'm curious."

Get information from Lazy Ludippe and Lerisa will say:

"Wouldn't trust Ludippe with my coin purse, but his eyes are good enough. Let's have a look inside, shall we?"

Approach the trap door in the ruined structure and you won't be able to open it. The rogue offers to help:

Dianette Eiman: "Why don't you let me open that…quietly."

Dianette unlocks the door:

Dianette Eiman: "Do try and keep up."

Follow her and you'll enter a small dungeon below the city. Kaleen will be locked inside a cell, while Abante though nearby has yet to spot you:

"Is that your friend? See to her. I'll watch your back."

Follow the captain's orders and head to the Abandoned Cistern behind Moorside Mounts. Enter and Kaleen, Nicolene, and Dianette will follow:

Captain Kaleen: "Lock the cistern gates! We'll keep them off the winch!"

Captain Kaleen: "Watch your back, Nicolene!"

Nicolene: "I am! I'm also watching yours!"

Captain Kaleen: "Don't get cocky!"

Nicolene: "Well, don't get dead!"

Dianette Eiman: "This isn't going to be remotely fun."

Complete the mission and join the crew at the Dead Wolf Inn:

"Given the befuddled expression on your face, I'm going to say you aren't Arrowhead. That means she's missing, and that's very, very bad."

After you finish business with Kaleen, she'll tell you:

"I guess a drink or two wouldn't hurt."
