Dominion Swordmasters are Altmer ravagers enlisted in the Dominion army found in Enduum and Salas En.

They will be found near containers containing Lost Tools at Salas En, and will later emerge from the rift in the Portal Chamber when you working with Lady Laurent to close it. They have ambient dialogue and can be overheard talking about their invasion plans and complaining about the weather.
