Velehk

Velehk, also known as Velehk Sain, is a Dremora pirate that can randomly appear at a Dark Anchor when the final pinion emerges. An achievement is earned by banishing him. He can drop the rare Abecean Pirate King's Armor and the Abecean Pirate King's Blade.

When he is summoned to defend an Anchor, Molag Bal will announce "He'll tear you open and eat your heart raw. His eyes gleam red, and his heart will never thaw.", or "Blood on the Water, Velehk this way comes. Your doom is upon you." Both of these are quotes from Pirate King of the Abecean.

Assassinate

Blood Craze

The enemy slashes at you twice, doing moderate physical damage over time to the player. This attack also heals the enemy over time.

Agony

The enemy stuns the player for short time. Taking damage from any source will break the stun, although the player may choose to break free from it instead. After the stun ends, this spell also does moderate magical damage over time to the player. This spell can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance. Players should note that blocking will not prevent the stun.

Quick Strike

A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.

• Velehk Sain previously appeared in Skyrim, where he also fought with dual-wielded scimitars. He also appears in Blades.
