Finia Astier is a Breton soldier found drinking next to Daleila at the Bangkorai Garrison after the garrison is retaken.

Dialogue

If she is spoken to before clearing out Pelin Graveyard, she will talk about the events happening there:

"Have you been to Pelin Graveyard?
I…I just need a minute.
Actually, I need a drink."

What's happened at Pelin Graveyard?

"I…well…I was traveling with a party escorting our dead knights to their final resting place. We go within sight of the cemetery when we were set upon by skeletons.
Walking skeletons!"

Really?

"Yes! Shambling about gripping swords in their bony fingers.
And the sound they made. A sort of…creaking. Ugh, I can't get it out of my head."

And in the graveyard itself?

"I don't know. We fought off what we could and fell back to the Garrison.
I'm not going in that direction again, that's for sure."

After clearing out Pelin Graveyard she will say:

"I can't thank you enough for ridding Pelin Graveyard of the Prince's treachery.

It's bad enough that our knights get killed by Imperial dogs. Having them raised as undead is more than I could bear."

• Unlike her fellow knights, she appears to be wearing blue Lion Guard armor, but it's clear from her dialogue that she is part of the Knights of Saint Pelin.
