Golbag is an Orc laborer found southwest of the Stonetooth Fortress docks, near a bonfire. He is helping to dispose of the bodies of dead Bloodthorn cultists from the recent battle. At least eight bodies are left, covered in a toxic green aura.
Also near the bonfire are Lugbur and Keylan.
