Hunting Great Zexxin

Huntmaster Sorim-Nakar of the Erabenimsun Ashlander tribe has given me a challenge. He wants me to hunt the deadly nix-ox called Great Zexxin.

1. Speak to Huntmaster Sorim-Nakar in Ald'ruhn and accept the challenge.
2. Hunt down and deal with Great Zexxin.
3. Return to Ald'ruhn to complete the quest.

Detailed Walkthrough

Huntmaster Sorim-Nakar at Ald'ruhn may offer you this daily quest once you have completed Ashlander Relations. He will ask you to hunt down a mighty nix-ox, a variant of the typical nix-ox. This nix-ox has been named Great Zexxin and can be found in the Ashlands northeast of the Nchuleftingth Wayshrine.

The huntmaster advises you to follow the tracks made by the Great Zexxin, starting at the far eastern road close by the Halls of Fabrication trial entrance. Continue to interact with the markers that appear on your map until you reach the northernmost puddle— northwest of the Missir-Dadalit Egg Mine— where the nix-ox stands waiting. Aside from its larger health pool, it is indistinguishable from generic nix-oxen.

Kill it and return to the huntmaster for your daily reward coffer.

Notes

• Great Zexxin spawns the moment you approach its lair, even if you haven't yet completed the tracking stages. He is found at a shallow puddle of water just north of the Missir-Dadalit Egg Mine.
