A Maxus Militant

Maxus Militants are smaller, weaker clones of Maxus the Many, summoned by him during Stage 1: Vale of the Surreal in Maelstrom Arena and in Bedlam Veil.

They are knights, and are summoned slightly more frequently than their Elementalist counterparts. If they are not killed fast enough, Maxus will re-absorb them to regain lost health.

Skills and Abilities

Quick Strike

A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.

Fiery Breath

The enemy breathes fire as indicated by a red cone. This attack does moderate flame damage over time and snares all enemies within the cone. This attack can be blocked to reduce damage or simply avoided.

Lava Whip

The enemy winds up a flaming whip that does moderate flame damage to the player. This attack can be blocked to set the enemy off balance.
