Complete quest "Blood on a King's Hands" in Wrothgar.

Orc King's Conqueror is awarded for completing Blood on a King's Hands in the Wrothgar main quest. This additionally requires completing the following quests as prerequisites:

• Invitation to Orsinium: Escort a supply caravan to the Wrothgarian city of Orsinium.
