Adds 10 minutes to the duration of any food or drink that increases your character's stats per stage.

Rationer increases the duration of all foods and drinks which give bonus stats to your character by up to 30 minutes. So this doesn't include the Ambrosias and the War Tortes which only give experience and alliance points bonuses. Rationer stacks with the other similar bonuses, being Connoisseur, Gourmand, Reveler and Wayfarer.
