The Seamount Scout will say the following as you approach:

"There's trouble, we need you."

They will deliver news of the upcoming raid if you stop by the fortress.

"Chief Tazgol is leading an attack on Carzog's Demise!"

What's happening?

"We spotted Bloodthorn Cult at Carzog's Demise, an old Ayleid ruin. Warchief Tazgol took our army out there to crush them.
Lambur thinks they're walking into a trap. She sent me to find you."

She may be right. I'll speak to her.

• They will only appear if you dropped the Bloodthorn Plot quest you got from Lambur and after you completed the prerequisite quests for it.
