- Talk to Vicecanon Heita-Meen in Eastmarch.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
Vicecanon Heita-Meen will deliver the Mnemic Egg to the Pact in Eastmarch. The Nord ruler has an artifact of his own to contribute to the Moot. Your presence has been requested, so you need to find the boatmaster.
The boatmaster, Muz-Muz, is on the docks. After you finish talking to her you will arrive in Skyrim.
Talk to Vicecanon Heita-Meen at the Eastmarch docks. She will find a safe place to store the Egg, then enjoy the celebration.

Notes
* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g.,
<Alias=LocationHold>
) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
