Defeat Matriarch Lladi Telvanni after raising the Challenge Banner in Veteran Bal Sunnar.

Telvanni Tormentor is awarded for defeating Matriarch Lladi Telvanni in Bal Sunnar on Veteran difficulty level, after raising the challenge banner, which makes the fight more difficult by the following:

• The enemies will be generally stronger.
• Choking Pestilence (Matriarch's arena-wide poison AoE) will have its damage increasing over its duration.
• There will be Skeevers occasionally spawning and targeting one of players. They will follow their target and inflict a debuff on hit, which increases stamina and magicka usage for its duration. Skeevers will appear one by one during general combat, and more will spawn at once during Choking Pestilence phases.
• Peryite's Vessels will be invulnerable unless affected by Time Freeze synergies.

In order to place the challenge banner, you will have to defeat both Kovan Giryon and Roksa the Warped in Hardmode as well.
