Withered Hand Mystics are Redguard spirit masters who can be found in various places in the Alik'r Desert.

Skills and Abilities

Ice Arrow

A basic ranged attack that does minor frost damage.

Summon Burdening Eye

The enemy summons a Burdening Eye that moves toward the player.

Stare

If the Burdening Eye touches the player, it explodes, temporarily rooting the player in place and doing moderate magic damage.

Spell Absorption

The enemy channels a shield on an ally, which greatly reduces magic damage taken. This spell can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance.

Sacrifice

When on low health the enemy may sacrifice itself, killing itself and giving all nearby allies a damage shield.
