The Wrathful Flame are a cult of Orcs dedicated to Malacath. Even after the city's fall long ago, they continue to occupy the ruins of Old Orsinium and carry out their sacred duty of lighting Malacath's Pyre deep within the ruins every decade, to renew his wrath and spread it to the world.
