Leap from the cliff west of Frostbreak Ridge and survive.

Wrothgar Cliff Jumper is awarded for jumping off of Frostbreak Ridge and surviving. Jumping off is the easy part - you just need to find the cliff ^(map). You'll know you're in the right place because there's an Orc woman there named Glothum, who will tell you about it. It's the surviving part that's a bit of a challenge (note that unlike the similar Nose Diver achievement, you do actually have to survive this one to earn the achievement). The trick is ignore what the description (and Glothum) says - don't leap. Just stroll off the cliff, and aim for the patch of water between the falls and the bridge. If you actually try to jump, you'll most likely overshoot it and hit the dirt on the other side.
