Online talk:The Book of Reason

WRONG LOCATION: When I came to Kerbol's Hollow, the book was nowhere to be seen. To finally get the book, I have needed to go back to the camp before the tunnel and take the quest Freedom's Chains. Then, while doing the quest, at step where we search Kerbol's Hollow for clues, we have to talk to Farelle Falbert and the book is on the wooden shelf behind him. That's the only way I was able to read that book. Note that after I completed the quest, the book was again gone, so it seems that reading it while doing the quest is the only way to obtain it.
