Missing Tentacle?

"This is outside the Fringe's wall, due west of the Door to Cyrodiil. The tentacle is hanging in the water." How the hell would you get to this??? Isn't it impossible to get over the walls of the fringe? I thought there was and invisible barrier like the one inside the arena that prevents you from getting into the audience... --VergilSparda 19:01, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
