Missing Items[edit]
Seem to be some items missing from the list of Museum Oddities: ie the Deformed Swamp Tentacle, the Mute Screaming Maw, and the Dagger of Friendship. Barbridg 15:47, 3 August 2007 (EDT)
- This page is only for miscellaneous items that don't have more appropriate pages. As it says right in the article: Oddities that are considered unique weapons, ingredients, or jewelry can be found on their respective pages. The tentacle and screaming maw are ingredients, so they're listed at Shivering:Ingredients; the dagger is a weapon so it's at Shivering:Weapons. You can always use the site's search function to take you to the right place: just type the item's name into the search box, click go, and it'll take you to the right page. --NepheleTalk 16:46, 3 August 2007 (EDT)
Aquanostrum Flask[edit]
Does anyone know the object code for the Aquanostrum Flask? I seem to be stuck with it in my inventory as a quest item, and would like to get rid of it. Barbridg 15:52, 3 August 2007 (EDT)
Soul Tomato[edit]
Question: Can the soul tomato be used like a normal soul gem, or is it a misc item? — Unsigned comment by Merco (talk • contribs)
- Yes, it's a regular soul gem that can hold a grand soul. And you can find multiple soul tomatoes, so you can turn one in for the quest and then use others as soul gems. --NepheleTalk 13:56, 12 August 2007 (EDT)
- Although they are technically empty grand soul gems, they cannot be converted to black soul gems or black soul tomatos.--Webdemon00 05:51, 8 September 2008 (EDT)
Sheogorath-shaped Amber[edit]
Can the above mentioned amber be given to Dumag gro-Bonk as a substitute for a standard piece of amber to make a piece of amber armour with?
- Looking at the editor, it appears that the script looks specifically for the miscellaneous item amber (SEAmber). That means that you shouldn't be able to use the Sheogorath Shaped Amber (SE38MuseumItem3). I couldn't say for sure though, as I haven't checked in game. Perhaps there's another script buried deeper in that allows you to use the Sheogorath Shaped Amber. --Saruuk 05:55, 13 August 2007 (EDT)
Shambles' skull[edit]
Can they actually be collected(picked up)? It's just that there is no entry for it's stats (weight and worth).--Merco 11:27, 16 August 2007 (EDT)
- Yes, they can be picked up. Its weight and value (as well as those for all the other items on the page) have now been added. --NepheleTalk 00:37, 17 August 2007 (EDT)
Gatekeeper Part Stats[edit]
I would do this myself, but my Oblivion is out of commission for the moment. Anyway, the Gatekeeper Parts are organized in a table by body part (head, chest, etc.), but every description is simply "Can be selected as the (body part) for the new Gatekeeper..." This is a problem because if I remember correctly, each proposed body part harbors certain stats (like how the Heart of Wound Sharing adds reflect damage and the Heart of Spell Turning adds reflect spell). These stat increases should be specified under each individual body part, but like I said, I don't have access to my Oblivion or the CS, so I couldn't get the exact details. This may or may not warrant the dividing of the table to accomodate individual entries for each body part. — Unsigned comment by SubtleCynicism (talk • contribs)
- Mindlessly filling in stats on this page seems to suit my mood today ;) so I've gone ahead and added the info. Feel free to rearrange if you think a different layout would work better. --NepheleTalk 00:40, 17 August 2007 (EDT)
- Thanks for the contribution, Nephele. I'm glad that we got that information in there. :)
Matrix FormID's[edit]
I've looked all over the site again and again, I couldn't find the FormID's for the Amber/Madness Matrixes. They should be under the Misc Items section. If someone could add those in, that would be really nice (not sure how to do the graphs/tables)

Fractured Humerus[edit]
There is a Fractured Humerus in Fain. It looks just like the smaller bones found throughout the game, but has this strange name. It's located in the root tunnel below the ruins. It's value is 0 and it's weight is 2.
Key to mania/dementia[edit]
I seem to be able to ever drop these two items. Is this supposed to happen? Should this be counted as a glitch? --M'aiq the Liar 21:11, 12 September 2008 (EDT)
- They are both quest items so you shouldn't be able to drop them. Personally, I use the console to turn them into normal items for dropping. –Rpeh•T•C•E• 01:39, 13 September 2008 (EDT)
Madness Ore and Amber[edit]
I just noticed that Amber directs to Amber while Madness Ore links here. Should there be a page for Madness Ore as well? --Baiuhnixg 02:37, 27 March 2009 (EDT)
- Yeah, I would definitely agree with that. --Robin Hood (Talk • E-mail • Contribs) 21:02, 2 April 2009 (EDT)
Museum Items from Vendors[edit]
- (moved from the article)
Note: Some of these oddities such as the Soul Tomato can in fact be found (very rarely) in vendor's barter section.
- I don't believe this is accurate. The Soul Tomato (along with the Two-Headed Coin, Mixing Bowl, Hound's Tooth Key, Ring of Disrobing and and Dagger of Friendship) is found in the leveled list
SE38ItemList98
. That list is present in various dungeon chests but also in cupboards containing Dementia or Mania clothing (SECupboardDementiaClothing
andSECupboardManiaClothing
). Those cupboards are found in various shops in New Sheoth, but in almost all cases it's in the shop upstairs where it won't appear in the vendor's wares list. The two exceptions are the Choosy Beggar and the Missing Pauldron, where the cupboard isn't owned by the proprietor, which also means (I think) that the contents won't appear in their list. - I'd like to know whether the person who posted this actually saw the items in a vendor's list, or whether it was extrapolated from the CS. Until there's a definite case where the item is seen in a vendor list, it shouldn't go on the page. –Rpeh•T•C•E• 12:43, 14 May 2009 (EDT)
- I have a vague memory of seeing this once, myself, and being surprised by it. I may even have posted it somewhere, I'll have a look. The cupboard itself is unowned, but the cell is owned by the
ChoosyBeggarFaction
, so I'm not sure what that does in terms of sales. I'll have to load a game where I have access to SI and test...I haven't gone there yet with my current character. As soon as I'm sure, I'll post back. --Robin Hood (Talk • E-mail • Contribs) 18:52, 14 May 2009 (EDT)- It looks like it is possible, at least at The Missing Pauldron...I'm just at a loss to explain why there and not at The Choosy Beggar. I added a fixed Mixing Bowl to both
SECupboardDementiaClothing
andSECupboardManiaClothing
. When I went to The Choosy Beggar, Raven Biter wouldn't sell it to me, nor anything else in that cupboard. But when I went to The Missing Pauldron, Dumag gro-Bonk would sell me the Mixing Bowl, along with anything else in the cupboard. The only thing I can think of is that for The Choosy Beggar, it's owned by a faction, whereas The Missing Pauldron is owned by Dumag himself. I'm guessing that direct ownership propagates to items in containters, but faction ownership doesn't. - Also, those were the only two locations I checked. While it looks like most of the remaining ones are in upstairs locations or personal homes, I didn't check all of them to see if they at any point had vendors in them offering services at unexpected times. --Robin Hood (Talk • E-mail • Contribs) 20:20, 14 May 2009 (EDT)
- Also of note: neither of these containers respawns, so you've got a 1 in 50 chance of finding something at The Missing Pauldron in any given game (give or take re-initializing the cell from a previous save). --Robin Hood (Talk • E-mail • Contribs) 21:14, 14 May 2009 (EDT)

- Just to add to what Rpeh said, yes I did in fact (Im the writer of that claim) find it, but it is in one you mentioned, The Missing Pauldron. I apolagize, and should have been more specific. But it was in fact in the orc's vendor list. — Unsigned comment by 88.106.204.104 (talk) on 21 May 2009

Just made an account, now you can track me ;) -Theman100 17:34, 21 May 2009 (EDT)
- I've put the results of RobinHood's investigations on the museum quest page. I might try a bit more testing to see if changing the ownership on the Choosy Beggar's cupboard to Raven Biter alone rather than the faction. but for now, I think we've got the facts. –Rpeh•T•C•E• 00:42, 22 May 2009 (EDT)

- Yeah, I came across a reference somewhere on the TESCS Wiki that a cell owned by a faction does not confer sales of unowned items in that cell to the vendor, but if the vendor him/herself owns the cell, s/he will sell all unowned items in it as well as everything in any unowned containers. The article specifically suggested forcing ownership of containers and objects to the vendor so that a change in cell ownership at a later time, or by a mod, wouldn't cause unexpected inventory changes. (Though obviously in places like the Mages/Fighters Guild, you need to be careful of who owns what, so the player can still take things after they join.) --Robin Hood (Talk • E-mail • Contribs) 01:18, 22 May 2009 (EDT)
Sheogorath-shaped Amber[edit]
Does the Sheogorath-Shaped Amber actually look like Sheogorath/You, or is it just regular amber? — Unsigned comment by 88.106.204.104 (talk) on 21 May 2009
- It shares a model with the standard amber, so there's no real difference between the two. –Rpeh•T•C•E• 00:43, 22 May 2009 (EDT)
Sheogorath-Shaped Amber[edit]
Has anyone ever found more than one of these? Or is it a unique item? (360 ver.) — Unsigned comment by 71.116.89.107 (talk) at 14:47 on 21 June 2009
- Unfortunately, Sheogorath-Shaped Amber is random. It's possible to find a dozen of them in theory, though that's highly unlikely. Unfortunately, due to a flaw in the game design, it's also possible that you will never be able to find any at all. On the PC, this is fixed in different ways by the Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch as well as (at the risk of being accused of self-promotion) the Even Oddities mod. Unfortunately, on the 360, neither of these will do you any good. --Robin Hood (Talk • E-mail • Contribs) 16:36, 21 June 2009 (EDT)
-
- I have found multiples on the 360. But has RobinHood mentioned, it is random. Just keep looking in the amber stumps and eventually you will find one. --Mr. Oblivion(T-C) 16:42, 21 June 2009 (EDT)
Focus Crystal[edit]
Moved from main article –Eshetalk 00:39, 27 June 2009 (UTC)
sorry about this but ummm can anyone tell me the Focus Crystal id? — Unsigned comment by 74.64.23.162 (talk)
- I think the IDs you're looking for are 0005E236, 000696A1, 00069682, 00077B46, and 00077B47. –Eshetalk 00:48, 27 June 2009 (UTC)
glass grapes?[edit]
hi i know this is sorta off topic but i would like to know if the glass grapes from the falling awake quest have a uniqe apperence?--GUM!!! 10:36, 27 March 2010 (UTC)
ok thanks!--GUM!!! 16:26, 27 March 2010 (UTC)
Brithaur's Heart[edit]
Isn't Brithaur's Heart a quest item? 99.237.87.79 11:44, 23 October 2010 (UTC)
- Nope, not that I can see. – Robin Hood↝talk 12:14, 23 October 2010 (UTC)
-
- Should it be mentioned somewhere? even if it is not on this page? 99.237.87.79 01:07, 25 October 2010 (UTC)
-
-
- Ah, I see what you're getting at now! Yes, it should definitely be mentioned somewhere, and I think this is the best place. I believe it's the only quest-related item that's not a "Quest Item" in the traditional sense (i.e., you can drop it), so rather than create a whole new table for just the one item, I've added it to the Quest Items table with an appropriate note. Thanks for pointing out the missing info! – Robin Hood↝talk 01:29, 25 October 2010 (UTC)

Relmyna's Tears[edit]
I have the Construction Set running, with the main game, SI, the UOP, and the USIP loaded. And I cannot find Relmyna's Tears anywhere. I've searched in every item category, both by name and by the ID listed here (00013205). I realize the patches change the names of some items, but they usually leave the formid intact. Does the USIP remove this item entirely, or is the ID given incorrect? — Unsigned comment by 69.249.101.138 (talk) on 17 July 2011
- The id is correct. It's a potion so you'll find it in the potions section of the CS. No idea about the patches though. rpeh •T•C•E• 10:20, 17 July 2011 (UTC)
- Oh. I didn't check potions. I looked through every item category, but potions are listed under magic, not items. Thanks. — Unsigned comment by 69.249.101.138 (talk) at 12:03 on 17 July 2011 (GMT)
Dagger of Friendship[edit]
The item may be found outside Grumite chests. Just found one in a coffin in Ebrocca, Crematorium. — Unsigned comment by 189.25.216.50 (talk) at 23:32 on 4 February 2012

ID's to Gatekeeper Greater Powers[edit]
Is there a place where one can get the ID's to the actual powers themselves? And if not, should it not be added here? Cas 03:58, 15 July 2012 (UTC)
- They can be found on the Magic page. – Robin Hood↝talk 04:33, 15 July 2012 (UTC)
