Falas Selvayn

Falas Selvayn is a Dark Elf trader who can be found at the Ramshackle Trading Post between the hours of midnight and 5am.

He wears ebony armor with steel plate boots, steel plate gauntlets, and a Pale guard's helmet.

He also carries the unique bow Glass Bow of the Stag Prince. It cannot be bought from him, nor obtained by killing him as he is essential but it can be pickpocketed from him if you have the Misdirection perk. If you lack the Misdirection perk, an alternative is reverse-pickpocketing a dagger (or other melee weapon) into his inventory, then getting him to equip it in combat (attacking and drawing the nearby spriggan towards him works, or simply attack him and then use the Bend Will shout on him). This will allow you to pickpocket the bow without the perk as well as to buy it from him, as his bow would no longer be equipped.

• He will not appear if you arrive at, or even near, the trading post before midnight. You must enter the area between midnight and 5am, or else he will not spawn. If you're having trouble, go to Raven Rock, wait until midnight, then walk from there. If he still does not appear, you can fix this on PC by using the console and typing prid [RefId] followed by enable in the console.
