Formatting

Just a thought. I think the layout/formatting should be changed to be more inline with the Global Data Types. Namely, each type of ChangeForm having its own page. Once more types get decoded, this page is going to be one huge, difficult-to-use mess, especially considering that there's 49 different types and that some types are pretty big.
